This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application PrivaHEIC ("the Application"), created by Davide Cappelletti ("the Developer") for Android devices.

        Core Image Privacy: Even though the Application utilizes network services for advertising and premium feature validation, your core files are processed locally. All image format conversions (HEIC to JPEG/PNG) happen strictly on your device. Your images are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not directly collect or store personal information like names, email addresses, or phone numbers. However, to support monetization and premium tier handling, the Application utilizes trusted third-party SDKs that automatically collect certain device data.

A. Advertising (Free Version)

To provide core features for free, the Application serves advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (e.g., Android AAID) to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud.
App Analytics: Device type, operating system version, and general usage metrics associated with ad delivery.

B. In-App Purchases (Pro Version Upgrade)

To offer batch-saving, batch-sharing, and ad-removal via the Pro version, we use RevenueCat to process and validate your purchase state. RevenueCat may collect and track:

Transaction Identifiers: Anonymous transaction IDs and receipts generated by the Google Play Store.
Device Context: An anonymous app-user ID to sync your Pro status across your devices.

Note: We do not collect or see your payment details or credit card information. All payments are handled directly and securely through the Google Play Store billing system.

To facilitate image management, the Application requires the following system permissions:

Storage / Media Files: To access local HEIC files for conversion and write output images to your storage array.
Internet: Required to communicate with AdMob servers to fetch ads and with RevenueCat to validate Pro access permissions.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not intentionally collect data from children under 13 years of age. While the utility itself is completely safe, third-party advertising parameters adhere strictly to Google Play's Families Policies and COPPA guidelines where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend checking this page periodically. Changes are active immediately upon being posted to this URL.
